In order to continue serving our clients with the standard of care they deserve, UTZPT is out of network now with some plans.  We are offering a cash-discounted rate of $80/visit (45 minutes).

We would be happy to verify your physical therapy coverage benefits, including co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance to help you make a more informed choice regarding your treatment options.

We offer several different payment methods for our physical therapy services including  credit card, venmo, cash, and check.  Be advised, there is a $75 No-show fee for missed appointments.
